Overview
This License Agreement governs your use of templates purchased from Launchpad Next. By purchasing or downloading any template, you agree to the terms outlined below.
License Granted
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased template in personal and commercial projects.
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publicly distribute the template in its original or modified form. You may not use it to create competing template marketplaces.
Ownership
All templates remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Purchasing a template does not transfer ownership.
Commercial Use
You may use templates in client projects, SaaS products, and commercial applications as long as the template itself is not redistributed.
Termination
This license may be revoked if you violate any of the terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the template.
