These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Launchpad Next, a marketplace for premium Next.js SaaS templates. By accessing or purchasing from the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Purchases & Licensing

When you purchase a template from Launchpad Next, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the product in personal or commercial projects.

You may use, modify, and integrate templates into client work or SaaS products. However, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the original or modified templates publicly available as standalone products.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Launchpad Next and its products responsibly. You must not misuse, copy for resale, extract assets for redistribution, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, code, branding, and materials on Launchpad Next are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of their respective creators.

Purchasing a template grants you usage rights only. Ownership is not transferred.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be granted within 7 days of purchase only if the product is defective, not as described, or cannot be accessed.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of use, or misunderstanding of product details.

Access Restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Launchpad Next for users who violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform in any way.

Limitation of Liability

Launchpad Next is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or suitability for specific use cases.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.

Continued use of Launchpad Next after updates means you accept the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.
